This machine is used for coating on the surface of paper, which raises its brightness and plays a role of damp-proof and abrasion-resistance so as to protect colors on the surface of paper.

Product Details

4.Smooth delivery: tunnel-type air suction is adopted in the whole machine so that the paper will go smoothly and delivered orderly.
This machine is used for coating on the surface of paper, which raises its brightness and plays a role of damp-proof and abrasion-resistance so as to protect colors on the surface of paper.
Main functions
1.Automatic feeding: automatic air suction feeding, machine stops when double sheets forward, super-limit protection up and down.
2.Cleaning: remove the printing powder and dust on the paper surface to clean the paper surface before glazing and make it brighter after coating.
3.Ground coating: to fill with the small holes on paper surface so that can save the expensive UV oil and increase the adhesive force of UV oil on it.
4.IR drying: far IR ray drying, double-side heat insulation. Use the lowest energy to keep the best effect.
5.UV coating: oil is controlled by frequency-converting speed-regulation. Automatic stop for paper rolled is equipped so that the paper will not be wasted. (Optional air knife for paper above 80g/m²)
6.UV curing: use UV lamps, open-type curing box is equipped, belt-type air suction.
7.Automatic delivery: according to different paper weight, paper down speed can be designed variously. Automatic counter is equipped, pneumatic paper jogging is adopted for delivery to ensure smooth delivery. Manual delivery table is started automatically when sheets are jammed.
