STMT series Automatic Flute laminator adopts timing belts imported from Japan, which are constructed with wear resistant and high tensile, thus guarantee the extremely accurate precision of lamination.
The adjusted glue roller system applies evenly on the corrugated paper. The recyclable gluing system refills glue in the slot at both gluing rollers by electric glue controller. The glue system ensures glue saving with better lamination quality.
The advanced suction belt feeding mechanism of the bottom sheet feeder ensures A, B, C, D, E and F flute, single, double, three or five ply corrugated paper to be delivered smoothly even at high speed operation.
